The Shimano popping bait is a hybrid between a conventional Chugger and a Pencil Popper. This neutrally buoyant lure is extremely easy to cast due to its profil and weight distribution. In the water,it can be worked either on or below the surface to target all manner of fish due to its neutral buoyancy.
